I have enjoyed millions of hands of vingt-et-un. I started working my way into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of bankroll at blackjack. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the casino.

I still enjoy the game and bet on a regular basis. Over the years I have played a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get loaded with this tactic or defeat the casino, nonetheless you will experience an abundance of fun. This tactic is based on the fact that 21 seems to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I play basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Once I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the action back down to the original bet.

I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets very exciting at times. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very fast. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a couple of years back with $750 after 20 minutes using this technique! And a couple of weeks ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!

You must understand that you can give away a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the streaks you witness playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.

Bet five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the first $5 wager

Bet 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $10

Wager ten dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the original $10 wager

Bet 10 dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total wager of twenty dollar

Bet $20
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 20 dollar bet

Wager $20
Leave $20 paid to you for a total wager of $40

Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the initial forty dollar bet

Wager $40
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Wager 80 dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the first $80 wager

Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $160

Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the first 1 hundred and sixty dollar wager

If you departed at this moment you would be up three hundred and fifteen dollars !!

It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
