I have played millions of hands of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I still like the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have wagered on a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this method or beat the casino, still you will have an abundance of fun. This method is based on the fact that chemin de fer seems to be a match of runs. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I lose again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the bet back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and do not back out. It gets very exciting on occasion. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had great streaks a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Paris a number of years back with $750 after 45 minutes using this method! And a number of months ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You need to comprehend that you can lose a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the streaks you see gamble this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 game.

Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the initial $160 wager
If you departed at this instance you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!
It is hard to go on a streak this long, but it often happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
